In order to benefit from the cooperation of professors, researchers, and students from all over the country and the world, the conference secretariat intends to allow interested parties who are unable to attend the conference in person for any reason to register in person to participate in the conference and benefit from the scientific services of the conference. Therefore, researchers who register in person for the conference will benefit from all the conference services as in-person participants if they do not attend the conference and complete the registration process.
