In line with the frequent questions of researchers regarding the issuance of certificates of acceptance of accepted articles, we inform researchers who submit their articles to the conference and their articles are accepted during the review process (with a request for early review) and then complete their final registration, that an official certificate of acceptance of the article will be sent to the personal panel, the certificate menu, which can be used for submission to the doctoral interview and also for obtaining the thesis score.

It is worth noting that this is a certificate of acceptance that is presented with the conference letterhead, seal, and signature in the personal panel for printing. In addition, the original certificates will also be presented after the conference in printed form with a hologram and embossed seal, along with the international online inquiry code.

Also, those who request early review can submit their articles as soon as possible and then send an email containing the title of the articles and its tracking code to the conference secretariat (info@5icst.ir) and request early review and put their article in the review stage faster. For the above-mentioned individuals, the results of the article review will be announced no later than one week after the article is submitted.

It is worth noting that this conference is the most prestigious and well-known comprehensive and annual conference in the field of civil engineering, architecture and urban planning in Iran, which has been held for more than a decade in strategic cooperation with prominent universities in Iran and Europe, including Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran, Tabriz National University, University of Applied Sciences, Islamic Azad University of Tabriz Branch, University of Naples, Italy, and EMU University of Cyprus. It has an official permit to hold from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran and an index and official permit to hold from the Islamic World Science Citation Database ISC No. 88696-04142, and is approved and supported by that ministry and all affiliated universities and organizations.

Also, according to the new laws of the Ministry of Science, only articles presented in conferences and congresses licensed by that ministry and indexed in ISC have research points and thesis scores.
